The honest fine print

These terms apply when you use lokabeautystudio.com, book an appointment, or receive services at LOKA Beauty Studio ("LOKA," "we," "us"). By booking or using our website, you agree to them.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, by text, or by web chat, any hour of the day. When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact information so we can confirm and remind you. Calls and messages may be answered by our AI receptionist, with a human available on request.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Your appointment reserves an artist's time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can. Our current cancellation and no-show policy, including any applicable notice windows or fees, is communicated at the time of booking and in your confirmation, and applies to your appointment.

Pricing

LOKA publishes level pricing up front: every artist is tiered, and each tier's pricing is available before you book. Color services are additionally measured with SalonScale, so product charges reflect the exact formula mixed for your service. Quotes given before a consultation are estimates; your final price is confirmed with your artist before your service begins.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Service results are guaranteed when the recommended take-home regimen is followed; if something is not right, contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right. Adjustments are handled by the studio and are not cash refunds unless we determine otherwise.

Health & Safety

Please tell your service provider about allergies, sensitivities, skin or scalp conditions, pregnancy, or recent chemical services before your appointment. Some services require a consultation or patch test first. We may decline or modify a service where we believe it is not safe or suitable.

Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive appointment-related communications. Promotional messages are optional and governed by our Privacy Policy, which includes our SMS terms and AI receptionist disclosure. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Website Use & Content

The content on lokabeautystudio.com, including text, photography, and branding, belongs to LOKA Beauty Studio or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOKA Beauty Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
